An add-on for Counterstrike - a mod for a mod, if you will.

Summary:  A top down RTS Commander kit for the Half-Life mod Counterstrike.

Introduction:  From satellite data relayed 'live' to him, the Commander co-ordinates Counterstrike attacks and defence.  He can assign groups and track health, ammo and position, call for backup and issue orders direct to his men.  He can also plot the best route in and out, provide cover and battle data, as well as order in air strikes.

Details:
From the top down view a Commander can see a terrorist enter the area.  If he double-clicks on that terrorist all CT's in the area (say 100 metres) receive "Terrorist spotted" on their radios.  The Commander can order his men to "Take Cover", "Stop", "Go on my signal", "Close ranks", "Spread out" and many more.
